The is a three week challenge, in which you will need to dedicate one hour weekly (four timeslots), on the Saturday mornings. These timeslots will comprise a group feedback forum, with body composition testing that provides individual results over the duration of the challenge.
Participants are asked to photograph all meals over the duration, using their smartphones, and to download these onto our specially created WhatsApp group forum, showing meal size, frequency, and composition.
This allows real-time feedback by the nutrition coach. There will be dietary adherence required, some food types limited.
